Elpagina^® Hair Filler (Hair Mesotherapy)

Elpagina^® promotes blood circulation in the scalp, revitalizes hair follicles, induces hair growth by increasing the size of hair follicles, and prevents hair loss.

The sustained release technology enhances the efficacy of the 7 peptides for two weeks, assuring a constant and regulated release and penetration of these active ingredients into the skin.

• Subcutaneous tissue damage caused by chemical, physical, and traumatic effects on the wounded scalp.
• Hair loss, thinning hair, and non-scarring alopecia like androgenic alopecia.
• Overall thinning and weakening of hair.
• Excessive hair loss for both women and men.
• After hair transplantation, to increase the success rate.
• In combination with other hair treatments for extra effectiveness in patients with alopecia.

• Anaesthetize the scalp using commercial topical anesthetic creams.
• Clean the anesthetic cream and sterilize the scalp after 30 minutes.
• Use a thin gauge (30~32 Gauge) needle with Elpagina^® Hair filler.
• Inject the intended points using serial puncture.
• It should be injected into the superficial or medium dermis.
• Inject in grids of 0.2-0.3 cm by 1 cm.
• Inject 0.02 to 0.05 mL per point.

Duration: every 2 weeks for a total of 4 sessions (8 weeks).

Elpagina^® hair filler is a clear, transparent, and low viscosity solution supplied in a sterilized glass syringe.

Each box of the product contains two pre-filled syringes, each containing 1 mL of Elpagina^®, a product brochure, and a set of labels to ensure tracking of the injected product (one for the patient and one for documentation purposes).

• Store between 2 to 25℃.
• Store away from sunlight, heat, and freezing.
• Make sure there are no visible signs of damage to the packaging before use.
• The content is fragile.
• The product is for single use only.
• Shelf life is 2 years, correctly preserved.

Transient short duration pain may occur following wounded scalp introduction. Redness, swelling, edema, hematomas, itching, and slight pain at the injection area can occur following treatment and generally subside over 72 hours.

In the event that the content of the syringe shows signs of separation and/or appears cloudy, do not use the syringe.

Avoid drinking alcohol 1 week before the treatment.

Do not administer to patients with known hypersensitivity to the product or its components.

Do not inject intravascularly. Do not use Elpagina^® in patients presenting an inflammation/ infection/ irritation of the hair scalp. Adverse events may occur more commonly in patients with already existing hair inflammation/irritation.

Not recommended in case of allergy to any of the ingredients, patients presenting with any skin alterations, skin diseases, infections or sequelae of streptococcal infections, patients taking immunosuppressants, undergoing glucocorticoids therapy, or with a history of autoimmune disease, during pregnancy or breastfeeding and children or minors under 18.
